What to expect after you sign up

We check line of sight

One of our staff verifies distance and line-of-sight requirements with our mapping software, then reaches out about your service needs.
Site survey, if needed

If we could not verify line of sight remotely, we visit on a scheduled date to confirm we can reach one of our towers. This generally takes less than an hour. Once confirmed, we schedule the install.
Installation

We arrive at the agreed date and time. The person signing the agreement needs to be on site. Before we leave we confirm you're online and answer any questions about connectivity.

We don't offer bundles or billing discounts; the price on the card is the price. All wireless internet service requires line of sight and pre-qualification so we can guarantee reliable service in your area. If we are unable to get a proper signal at the time of antenna installation, no installation fee is charged.
