We check the distance and line of sight from your address to our nearest tower with mapping software, then reach out about your service needs.

Site survey, if we need one
If we can't confirm line of sight remotely, we visit your address to check. It generally takes less than an hour, and then we schedule the install.

Installation
We mount the antenna, run one cable inside and confirm you're online before we leave. The person who signed the agreement needs to be on site.
No signal, no install fee.
If we can't get a proper signal at the time of antenna installation, you are not charged for the installation.

With local broadcast locations we deliver high-speed internet to homes and businesses of all sizes. Your antenna talks directly to our closest tower, which is fed by fiber, and a single cable runs inside to your router. No phone lines, no satellites, which is why typical latency is 23 ms.
Every wireless connection needs line of sight to a tower, so we pre-qualify each address before we schedule. A standard install includes a J-mount, 100 ft of shielded ethernet cable and 75 ft of ground wire.
