All packages will require a one time installation fee.

Standard installation includes

  • 100ft shielded ethernet cable
  • 75ft ground wire
  • J-Mount

 

What to expect

  1. After you complete the online signup process...
    1. One of our staff members will verify distance and line of site requirements via our mapping software and,
    2. We will reach out to you about your service needs and will schedule a site survey if we could not verify line of site remotely. If we have verified line of sight we will schedule the install.
  2. Site Survey (If needed)
    1. We will visit the address on the date scheduled to confirm requirements to gain line of sight to one of our towers.
    2. This process generally takes less than an hour.
    3. We will schedule an installation date/time after we confirm line of sight
  3. Installation
    1. We will be out at the agreed date/time to perform the installation.
    2. The individual signing the agreement will need to be on-site during the installation.
    3. At the end of the installation, we will confirm that you are online and will answer any questions you have about connectivity.
